A gentle boundary before we begin. This course and its support channels are for adult professionals. Please do not send a child’s name, image, health information or any detail that could identify a child.
Who is responsible for the information
Teaching Toddlers Method™ is the trading name used for the course and is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. The legal controller identity, geographical business address and monitored electronic contact are published on the Seller information page.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the private query form. Choose a privacy-related subject and give enough information to identify your account or request, without including information about a child.
Information received
When you buy or use the course, information may include your name, email address, country, order details, receipt number, course progress, account activity and confirmation that payment succeeded. Payhip and the selected payment processor handle the payment itself; Teaching Toddlers Method™ does not receive your full card number, security code or online-banking credentials.
When you use the query form, the information received is the name and reply address you enter, the message, and any order detail you choose to include. Please share only what is needed to answer the question.
When you visit teachingtoddlersmethod.com, Cloudflare receives limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the pages. This may include the internet address used for the request, date and time, requested page, browser information, response status and referring page. Teaching Toddlers Method™ does not use that information to build a marketing profile.
Why the information is used
Purchase and account information is used to take the order, provide access, keep the access available, send the receipt and answer learner-support questions. This processing is necessary to perform the purchase agreement.
Accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and consumer-law records are kept where there is a legal obligation. Limited website logs and account-security information are used for the legitimate interests of protecting the website, diagnosing faults and preventing misuse, balanced against the privacy of visitors and learners.
Marketing messages are not part of the purchase. If an optional mailing list is introduced later, it will use a separate, clear choice and can be left at any time.
Who helps provide the service
Payhip provides the secure store, checkout, learner account, contact form and course player. A connected payment processor completes payment. Those providers handle some information under their own notices and security arrangements. Payhip’s current notice is available at payhip.com/privacy.
Cloudflare is the domain registrar, DNS, certificate, security and static-website provider for the public sales and policy pages. It processes limited technical information as a service provider so those pages can be delivered securely. Cloudflare’s current notice is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Personal information is not sold by Teaching Toddlers Method™.
If a provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, it is expected to use the safeguard required for that transfer and to explain it in its own privacy information. The precise checkout provider shown to you depends on the payment method available in your location.
How long information is kept
The public website does not maintain its own visitor database. Cloudflare retains operational and security information according to its service settings, legal obligations and published privacy information. If Teaching Toddlers Method™ receives a short technical extract while investigating a genuine fault or security incident, it is kept only for as long as the investigation or related legal duty reasonably requires. Support conversations are normally reviewed and deleted within 24 months after the question is closed, unless they remain relevant to an active complaint, access issue or legal duty.
Purchase, tax and accounting records are normally kept for six years after the relevant accounting period, or longer where a tax, legal or platform obligation requires it. Payhip keeps platform records according to its own published retention periods. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.
Some requests are limited by legal duties, the rights of another person, or the need to establish or defend a legal claim. Identity may need to be checked before account information is released. A response will be given within the period required by law.
If a privacy concern is not resolved, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You are welcome to raise the concern through the query form first, but you do not have to.
Cookies and outside links
The pages hosted at teachingtoddlersmethod.com do not include analytics, advertising trackers, chat widgets or non-essential cookies. The typefaces are stored with the website, so opening the sales page does not contact an outside font library. Cloudflare still receives the limited request information needed to deliver and protect the pages, as explained above.
Following a link to learn.teachingtoddlersmethod.com takes you to the Payhip-hosted store. Payhip uses the cookies needed for its store and account, and may offer optional analytics choices through its own cookie controls. Its banner and privacy notice explain those choices before optional tracking is used.
Security and accuracy
Reasonable technical and organisational care is used to limit access, protect the Cloudflare and Payhip accounts, encrypt public web traffic and keep recoverable copies of the material needed to restore the service. No online system can promise absolute security, so please use a strong, unique Payhip password and do not send sensitive information through a general query.
You can update account information within Payhip or use the query form to correct information held directly by Teaching Toddlers Method™.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the course, providers or law changes. The effective and review dates at the top show the current version. A material change affecting existing learners will be brought to their attention through an appropriate course or account message.
