Who the agreement is with

Teaching Toddlers Method™ is the trading name used for this course. The legal seller identity, geographical business address, monitored electronic contact and any company, register or VAT details that apply are maintained on the Seller information page. That page forms part of these terms and is available before payment.

The main way to ask a pre-purchase question, request help or make a complaint is the private query form. Please include the order email or receipt number when writing about a purchase, but do not include a child’s name or identifying information.

What you are purchasing

You are purchasing access to The Seen, Safe & Successful Toddler Method™, a written, self-paced digital course for adults who work with toddlers in structured early-years group environments. The sales page describes the current chapters, stories, visual cards and learning format. The course is delivered in English through a Payhip learner account.

This is educational material, not an accredited qualification. It does not replace safeguarding, first-aid, insurance, venue, employment or professional requirements that apply to your own work. You remain responsible for deciding how to use the ideas safely and appropriately in your setting.

Price, tax and payment

The price is £24.99 as a one-off payment. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Applicable UK and EU digital VAT collected by Payhip is included where the checkout is configured to do so. If another tax must be charged because of your location, the total is shown before you place the order.

Payment is completed securely through Payhip and the payment method available to you there. Teaching Toddlers Method™ does not receive or store your full card or bank details.

How the order is made

The purchase terms and privacy notice are available from the sales page before you begin checkout. Selecting a purchase button takes you to the secure Payhip checkout for the £24.99 one-time plan, where you can review the order, enter the requested details and correct information before pressing the final payment button.

The order is accepted when payment succeeds and Payhip sends the confirmation. The confirmation and these terms can be saved for your records. Access instructions are shown after payment and sent to the email used at checkout.

Immediate access and cancellation

Your access can begin immediately after payment. At checkout, you will be asked to expressly request supply during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when digital access begins. No change-of-mind refund is available after access begins with that consent.

If immediate access has not begun, any cancellation right provided by law remains available. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights if the course is faulty, unavailable, materially different from its description or otherwise does not meet the standards the law requires. Use the query form if something is wrong and the concern will be considered fairly.

What lifetime access means

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as this course remains available and technically supported on Payhip. It does not mean the lifetime of an individual learner or a promise that any third-party platform will operate forever. If the course is withdrawn, learners will receive reasonable notice and, where practicable, an opportunity to retain the downloadable text materials.

You need a working internet connection, a current web browser, an email address and a Payhip account. The lesson text and images are designed for a modern phone, tablet or computer. Short interruptions caused by maintenance, security work or a platform outage do not end the access promise, and reasonable efforts will be made to restore access.

One learner, one purchase

Each purchase gives one named learner a personal, non-transferable right to use the course. Login details, lesson text, images and downloads may not be shared, copied for another person, uploaded elsewhere, resold or used to create a competing resource. You may make your own private notes and keep any download that is clearly supplied for personal learner use.

A studio, school, club or organisation needs one separate purchase for each learner. There is no shared-seat or floating-seat licence. Buying a copy for a colleague is welcome, but each learner must receive access through their own purchase and account.

Course care and changes

The course may be corrected, clarified or improved over time. A change will not deliberately remove the central method or materially reduce what an existing learner purchased. If a significant delivery change becomes necessary, affected learners will be told through the contact details held with their account.

Responsibility and rights

Toddler groups are human and unpredictable, so the course cannot guarantee a particular classroom response, business result or review. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where the law does not allow that. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in place.

Questions, complaints and applicable law

Please begin with the private query form. The aim is to understand the concern and resolve it directly. Nothing in these terms takes away a consumer’s right to use any court, regulator or dispute route that mandatory law makes available.

The agreement is handled under the law and courts that apply under mandatory consumer rules. If you live outside the United Kingdom, any consumer protection that the law of your home country requires may also apply.

Privacy and updates to these terms

The privacy notice explains how purchase, account, support and technical information is handled. These terms may be updated for future purchases when the course, platform or law changes. The version accepted at checkout continues to govern an existing purchase unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to the learner.
